General App Settings

Introduction

The General Settings in ReplayPRO allow you to customize the tracking and recording features for your Shopify store. Here, you can adjust your plan, manage video capture settings, and set limits on page views.

Accessing General Settings

To modify the general settings of ReplayPRO:

  1. Open your Shopify admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the ReplayPRO app from the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click on Settings at the bottom of the ReplayPRO menu.

Settings Overview

Within the General Settings tab, you'll find several options:

Track Visitors

  • Track Visitors Toggle: This switch allows you to enable or disable the tracking of visitors. When turned on, ReplayPRO will record the session data of your visitors.

Capture Video

  • Capture Video Toggle: This feature enables or disables the video recording of visitor sessions. You can turn this off if you need to analyze only the visited pages without viewing the entire replay.

Plan and Limit

  • Plan: Displays your current subscription plan, such as 'ADVANCED'.
  • Limits: Shows the pageview limit allowed by your current plan (e.g., 200000 pageviews/month + 500).
  • Total Captured: The total number of pageviews recorded so far.
  • Captured This Month: How many pageviews have been captured in the current month, along with the percentage of the limit used.
  • Reset Limit: This option may reset the count of captured pageviews (Note: The function of this button should be verified as it can vary based on the app's functionality).
  • Change Plan: Allows you to upgrade or downgrade your ReplayPRO plan.

Account Information

  • Shopify Domain: Your Shopify store's domain.
  • Email: The email address associated with your ReplayPRO account, where all responses to your inquiries will be sent.
