Video Playback Controls
Introduction
ReplayPRO offers a comprehensive suite of video playback controls to enhance your experience when reviewing visitor sessions. These controls allow you to play, pause, skip, and analyze visitor interactions with precision.
Accessing Video Playback
To access the video playback controls:
- Navigate to the ReplayPRO dashboard within your Shopify admin panel.
- Click on the
Visitorstab to view recorded sessions. - Select a session to review by clicking on
View replays.
Playback Interface
Upon selecting a video replay, you will be presented with a video playback interface. Here's how to use the various controls:
Timeline and Navigation
- Timeline: At the bottom of the video, there's a timeline that represents the duration of the visitor's session. You can click on any point in the timeline to jump to that part of the session.
- Skip Inactive: If a visitor is inactive for a period, you can use the skip feature to move to the next active part of the session, optimizing your review time.
Playback Options
- Play/Pause Button: To start the video replay, press the play button. You can pause the video at any time to take a closer look at a particular moment.
- Speed Control: Adjust the speed of the playback to suit your needs. You can watch at normal speed, or increase it to 2x, 4x, or any available speed multiplier for quicker reviews.
